When Should I Submit My Event Directory Information?
The SEMICON® Taiwan Event Directory is the official exhibitor profile and product guide to the show, used extensively as a reference tool by the industry and visitors throughout the year.   Exhibitor Directory Administrative Site was open on July 14.  Login instructions and password information via email has been distributed to all exhibitors.  Event Directory information must be submitted no later than Monday, August 10 to be included in the printed Event Directory, which will be distributed on show site during SEMICON® Taiwan 2009.  If you do not receive your login information or have any questions, please contact Ms. Choya Hung (Tel: 886.3.573.3399x239, Email: staiwan2@semi.org).

To enhance your brand visibility, you can create your exclusive exhibitor online page including exhibitor profile, welcome message, company logo, press releases, product information and image. 

Please note that primary exhibitor should register their co-exhibitor first before information can be entered.  There are two types of co-exhibitor listings for online and printed Event Directory. See the example of the listings to know the differences.

1. Complimentary Co-Exhibitors Listing:
  Including Company Name only and a cross-reference to the Primary Company and Booth Number
2. Paid Co-Exhibitor Listing:
 This is a complete listing online and in print with the same features as the Primary Exhibitor Listing,
  including Company Name, Booth Number, Contact Details, Highlights, Products and Product
  Categories. For a nominal fee of NT$12,500 (exclusive of tax, non refundable).

Exhibitor Services Manual, containing information, rules and regulations, and services offered by our partner vendors, is the best tool that help you prepare for the show.  The electronic version is already available online by July 3.  Please download it at SEMICON® Taiwan 2009 Exhibitor Services Manual

Exhibitor Badge Online Registration is Open Now
The exhibitor badge will give the exhibitor access to the exhibition floor before, during and after exhibition hours, as well as the set-up and dismantle period.  Your company ID and password via email was sent on July 14.  For any further questions, please contact Ms. Amber Chang at achang@semi.org / 886.3.573.3399x228.  If you have run into any technical difficulties, please feel free to contact Mr. Jay Huang / LEADEXPO at jay@leadexpo.com / 886.2.2729.9271.

All badge requests must be "submitted" by Friday, September 11 so that your badges can be available on-site for pick up starting at 10:00 hours on Monday, September 28.  After the deadline, please register on-site (Advance exhibitor badge mailing will NOT be available).  Exhibitors can order up to 10 badges for each booth (9sq.m).  If you need to order badges for company employees who WILL NOT be working in the booth or your customers, you may order a "visitor" badge at here.  Please note that all primary exhibitors MUST submit badge requests on behalf of any co-exhibiting companies exhibiting with you.

Invite Your Customers to Visit SEMICON® Taiwan 2009 – Visitor Flyers & Registration
In order to facilitate you inviting customers to visit your booth at SEMICON® Taiwan 2009, the visitor flyers has been sent to primary contact.
