What is the Final Deadline of the Event Directory Listing?
To ensure that all Exhibitors submit their company and product information for Event Directory,
we
will extend the deadline for Event Directory Submission by slightly more than one week.
The
new
deadline is Friday, July 18, 2008, rather than July 10. Submit your company
information
in
English
and Chinese to ensure your details are listed both online and in print,
no later than
Friday July 18, 2008. If you have not received the login instruction, please
contact Ms.
Cynthia
Chen at cchen@semi.org
Complimentary (Free) Co-Exhibitor Listing & Paid Co-Exhibitor Listing
There are two types of Co-Exhibitor listings for Online and Event Directory. See the sample
of the
listings to know the differences.
1. Complimentary Co-Exhibitors Listing – including Company Name only and a cross -
reference to the Primary Company and Booth Number.
2. Paid Co-Exhibitor Listing – This is a complete listing online and in print with the same
features as the Primary Exhibitor Listing, including Company Name, Booth Number,
Contact Details,Highlights Products and Product Categories. For a nominal fee of
NT$ 12,500 (exclusive of tax, non refundable).
Two Story Booth Application Due – July 31
Booth plans for two-story exhibits are due by Thursday, July 31, 2008. An exhibitor's
location
and
booth plans MUST be pre-approved to build a two-story booth. Charge for the
use of the
second -
story
of the booth is NT$500 per sqm. (exclusive of tax). For questions

Order Early to Save Money Due – August 5
The discount deadline for all PICO orders, including compressed air, electricity, furniture
rental is Tuesday, August 5, 2008. To save money and avoid surcharge for late order,
please place
your
orders before the deadline.
EAC Forms and Booth Drawing for Approval Due – August 12
It is Exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that the booth design complies with the Rules and
Regulations
stipulated in the Exhibitor Services Manual, Section 2. Please submit the EAC
Form
(Form 11)
and
the booth drawing to Ms. Cynthia Chen at cchen@semi.org for approval
by August
12 so that
The
Show Management can help to cross-check the design is in
compliance
with
SEMI
Rules and safety. The
booth drawing needs to indicate the height,
width and length measurements
of
all panels, towers,
headers, backwalls, side returns
along with any identification/signage/
graphics
in
the booth before
submission.

Online visitor registration is open, please feel free to forward the link to your customers.
Beside,
your complimentary copies of the Visitor Flyer are mailed out to the primary contact
person
on
July 18. The Visitor Flyer is also available online for your convenience and cost-
saving.
