How do I Submit My Event Directory Information?
To ensure the accuracy of Event Directory, Exhibitor self-entry for submitting your information
is collected online through www.semicontaiwan.org, starting from June 27, 2008. All
confirmed
Primary Exhibitors will receive the login instructions and password information via
email beforehand. Please note that Passwords are sent to Primary Contacts only. For Co-
Exhibitor Listings, it is the Primary Exhibitor's responsibility to register the Co-Exhibitor first
before information can be entered.
We have added new features to enhance your Primary Exhibitor online profile: 1) welcome
message,
2) upload press releases, 3) upload company logo, 4) product listing, detailed
description, graphic image. More details will be included in the login instruction. Event Directory information must be submitted no later than Thursday, July 10, 2008. If you do not receive
your login information,

Exhibitor Services Manual Correction – Page 127
There is a slight manual correction for the deadline of Exhibitor Badge Request. The manual
was
listed June 30, 2008 as the deadline but actually it's Wednesday, August 20, 2008.
Exhibitor Online Registration is Open Now
Our official registration company – LeadExpo has emailed you the Exhibitor badge ordering
instruction via email. Primary exhibitors MUST apply the exhibitor badge(s) for the co-exhibitors. Exhibitor Registration will close on Wednesday, August 20th. Badges will be available
on-site
for pick-up starting at 9:00am on Saturday, September 6th. If you did NOT receive the information, please contact LeadExpo at 886.2.2729.9271 or email at jay@leadexpo.com.
Visitor Flyers – Invite Your Customers to Visit SEMICON Taiwan 2008
In order to facilitate you inviting customers to visit your booth at SEMICON Taiwan 2008, the
visitor
flyers are in the production! Your complimentary copies of the Visitor Information will
be sent to the primary exhibitor contacts in early July!
Two-Story Booths
A two-story exhibit is defined as booth with a physical 2nd level and allowed for peninsula or
island booth configurations in Hall 1 ONLY. Exhibitor's location and booth plans MUST be
pre-approved
to build a two-story exhibit and requires an engineering certification stamp /
seal
on their booth plan. Booth plans for two-story exhibits are due no later than July 31, 2008.

Booth Cancellation or Reduction After June 10
Please be noted that May 12 is 100% of the booth payment due. Any booth cancellation after
Tuesday, June 10, 2008; a liquidation damage fee of 100% of the canceled space
will be assessed by SEMI.

start thinking about maximizing your exhibit presence. Your company may be so well known
