May I Update My Event Directory After the Deadline?
SEMICON Taiwan Event Directory which includes exhibitor profile and product description is the best marketing tool before, during and after the show.  The submission deadline for printed Event Directory is Tuesday, August 11.  After the deadline, your company information will not be listed in the printed Event Directory.  If you have not submitted your information, please contact Ms. Choya Hung immediately (Tel: 886.3.573.3399x239, Email: staiwan2@semi.org).

For online Event Directory, we offer more functions like company logo, product information and press releases, to expand your business in the world with no boundaries.  Online Event Directory will be go public by August 20.  You can always update the latest information on your exclusive page before the show.

Service Orders Due – August 25
Are you ready for attending SEMICON Taiwan 2009?  For information about services offered by the official contractors, including booth decoration, electrical service, water & drainage, telephone, temp staff etc., please click here.To save your money and avoid surcharge for late order, please place your order before Tuesday, August 25.

EAC Form and Booth Drawings for Approval Due – August 25
It is Exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that the booth design complies with the Rules and Regulations stipulated in the Exhibitor Services Manual, Section 2.  Please submit the EAC Form (Form 11)and the booth drawings to Ms. Astrid Kao at staiwan1@semi.org by Tuesday, August 25 so that Show Management can help to cross-check the design is in compliance with SEMI Rules and safety.  The booth drawing needs to indicate the height, width and length measurements of all panels, towers, headers, back walls, side returns along with any identification/signage/graphics in the booth before submission.
